Have I gone off the deep-end with this listening to God stuff? Is it even possible to hear God talking to you? Is it even real? I believe it is, do you?

I don't know about any whispers, but I can tell you that when I get this little pain, right where my heart is supposed to be, I know that something is wrong. Now it might be too much cheese pizza, but that is my and God's little communication network. And when a decision is right, I just seem to feel it. When I get no feeling though, that is when it gets tough and I try to stay status quo.
